airline crew visa for HK

Hello,
I am an airline crew member and being Lebanese national I need entry permit to operate to HK.
Since we are minority my airline don't apply for us . I need to apply on my own. What is the procedure if I want to apply through the Chinese embassy in Beirut since where I reside now , the Chinese embassy don't handle anything related to HK entry permits.
Thank you

If you go to HK for sightseeing purpose, first, prepare the relevant documents: travel itinerary, copy of passport, the application form, 2 passport-style photos, financial support proof, an invitation letter from a sponsor in HK, and the sponsor's telephone and address, your working certificate, flight tickets and hotel booking record. Next, submit the application to China embassy.
