About:Disabled Travelers to China

My husband prefares to take his mobility scooter whereever we go so he has more freedom to go.

We are doing a trip from Xian to Shanghai .Will this be a problem ?

It's not allowed to bring the mobility scooter with you during your trip in China. Actually you could bring your driving liscence and the translation script of it, then you could rent a car at local renting company conveniently in these two cities.
