Hello china visa and China Eastern airlines. I'm have a issue of came back home on August 21, the manager at the laos airport does not allow me to departure from laos to Kunming/Bejing airport. Due to no visa. so I did purchase new ticket to come home with the same airline again but different day only. I would like the china airline to refund have of the ticket back...thank you
