Shanghai Tower buy tickets in advanced

Is it recommended to buy tickets in advanced or is it possible to just arrive at any time and get tickets there? If so, where can I buy the tickets?

If going there during weekdays, it is fine to get tickets at site. If you will visit during weekends or holidays, I highly recommend you to book tickets in advance. Here is their hotline: 86 021 2065 6999.
