Transportation from Hehua Airport to Zhangjiajie City

We will be arriving at Hehua Airport at 23:50pm at night from Shenzhen. At this hour how do get to our hotel in ZJJ City (close to bus station)? Are there still shuttle or city buses running? If by taxi, what would the price be approximately?
