I am born on 15 december 1986 at 19.00 pm

I need to buy a land to build a house for me .i have sufficient funds but unfortunately i am not able to find the right plot.secondly if i am finding a right plot the owner are just ignoring me and sell it to someone else.
Could you please tell me when i will be able to buy a land and when i will be able to build a house and stay there ??
