fully funded scholarship,want to apply for x type

hi i got csc fully funded scholarship i want to apply for X type as i only notarized document by local court and attested from ibcc .    i applied for master degree but not yet attested bachelor degree from Hec. can embassy will process my visa without Hec attestation?

Hi, I'm afraid the embassy may not process your application without attestation because the attested diploma from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and the copy are required by the embassy.
