About:Beijing West Railway Station

Hi, Yesterday I was traveling with some friends (3 others), but we lost a bag.

It was of the Tongren hospital Beijing. I need to have it for my insurance. I left it between 10:00 - 10:30 23-08-2017. Our train number was: G605 to Pingyaogucheng. Did you found it?

If you losted in in the hospital, you need to contact the hospital.

You may go for the information desk at the west station to see if they have it. If you left it in the carriage, you need to offer your carriage and seat number etc to help to check.

We've left it in the station itself. Maybe at the check in (North) or at waiting room 10. We are now in Pingyaogucheng and won't come back. Is there a telephone number to contact the information desk?

Cannot find a number. Also, as I know, if it was found, you still need to get there in person with your passport to get it back.
