chongqing dazu/ huayan temple

Question

I need advise which is the most easy and convenient way to get DZ from Yuzhong district.Some have suggested by train and some suggested by Long distance bus. Which is better?I will be visiting in weekday , is the LD bus working on weekday?Please provide the detail information to get there, such as where to alight ,bus number, time depart and how to get back to Yuzhong.As we intend to visit the Shenghousi temple, can we get vegetarian lunch in the temple? Secondly, How to get to huayan temple? Any metro or bus can reach the temple?

Hey, you can take a taxi from where you are at Yuzhong District to Chongqing Bus Station (Caiyuanba Station) to take a bus to Dazu County. Buses are available from 07:20 to 16:30. It costs CNY37 per peson.  Then change to bus no. 205 to Rock Carvings. You may use the same way back to Yuzhong. But I don't know the Shenghousi. For Huayan Temple, bus is more proper. Local bus no. 325, 268, 425, 843 and 891 lead there.
