Chongqing Dazu/ huayan temple

I need advise which is the most easy and convenient way to get DZ from Yuzhong district.
Some have suggested by train and some suggested by Long distance bus. Which is better?
I will be visiting in weekday , is the LD bus working on weekday?
Please provide the detail information to get there, such as where to alight ,bus number, time depart and how to get back to Yuzhong.
As we intend to visit the Shenghousi temple, can we get vegetarian lunch in the temple?

Secondly, How to get to huayan temple? Any metro or bus can reach the temple?
