About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Taking a cruise from shanghai to JPN

Flying to shanghai from Manila stay for 2 days take a cruise to Japan for 6 days return to shanghai and stay overnight then fly back to Manila. Are we eligible for the 144 hour free transit
