About:China Visa on Arrival

Gena from Thailand. Can I apply for VOA?

I plan to apply VOA at Lowu(travelling from HK) and go back Thailand from Shenzhen Bao'An Airport, can I apply VOA there? I'm confused about changed rules.
Anyway, I traveled China two times and had records in currently passport (visited China on Oct 2016 and Mar 2017 by apply Chinese Visa)

Hi, as I know, maybe you can get Shenzhen VOA. If you still have doubt, you can call Luohu Port to ask about this, and the TEL is (0755)82324022.
