Bus to transport group from Benxi Train Station to Water Cave

How can I book a bus to transport a group from the train station in Benxi to a hotel near the water caves and to the water cave park? Also will need transport back to the train station. This is for 15-16 September.

It's hard for independent tourists to book the bus to Water Cave from the train station. You could go to the local travel agency and join a tour group of the Water Cave. They would take care of the transportation for you.
