Transit G Required?

Dear,
I am a Myanmar Citizen.
I will be flying from Newyork to Yangon through China Eastern Airline.
During my transit in Shanghai, l have to go from (PVG) Pudong airport to (SHA) Hongqiao airport.
If the airline takes me with Shuttle Bus, will transit G be needed?
If there is no Shuttle Bus arrangement, will I need to apply transit G ?
