Is there any possible ways to get visa after all this time?

hi, i am a filipina and i overstayed here in china for almost 4 years already.

Dear, I’m afraid it is impossible for you to get a visa in 5 years. You should report your situation to the local police station as soon as possible and then leave China. Otherwise, you may be punished seriously and may not be able to re-enter China anymore in the future.
