About:China Tourist Visa

Length of stay permitted in China

Hello! I will be travelling on a tourist L type to China from Ireland. I understand that it will be valid for 3 months from the date that it is issued. Is there any limit to the amount of days I can stay in China from the day I enter? I want to stay there for 5-6 weeks, should that be a problem as long as I leave before my visa expires?

Tara, how long you can stay in China mainly depends on the duration of stay of your tourist L type. Usually, it may be 30 days, which means that you can stay in China for 30 days after entry.
