Taxis at Sun Island, Harbin

How easy is it to hail a taxi at Sun Island? Are there taxi stands there or would I need to call for a taxi?

As I learn from others, it’s easy to find a taxi. But they may charge you extra fares, so just ask them to charge by meter in case. You don’t need to call for a taxi and you can take one along the road.
