You can take the airport shuttle bus Sanfang Qixiang Line to your destination directly.
When you go back to the airport, you can take this shuttle bus beside the Sanfang Qixiang Guanglufang Bus Stop.

Anw, I read that there is a shuttle bus service also from the FOC to Minjiang Hotel? is the service still operate?

As I know, there is no direct bus from the airport to Minjiang Hotel at present. You can take airport shuttle bus Apollo Hotel Line to Rongqiao East Area Bus Stop first. Then you may walk about 100 meters ahead to FZ TV Center Bus Stop and take bus no.129 or no.9 to Foreign Trade Centre Hotel Bus Stop. Upon arrival, you just need to go across the road to the Minjiang Hotel.
