we will stay in zhongzhou international hotel. are the subways available for us to take? how much will be if we take taxi?

Yes, the subways are available. You can take Chengjiao Line and transfer to line 2 at Nansihuan, get off at Guanhutun from Exit C, then walk west along Nongye Rd for about 15 minutes, you will see your hotel. It costs CNY7. The taxi may cost CNY90-100.
