I am looking for a 3 star hotel at a convenient location in Chaozhou

Hope near hotel there is plenty of local street food and restaurants, and clothing wholesale markets. Within walking distance.

Well, as I know, the famous snack streets in CZ are Paifang Street and Xima Rd. The two are also in a walk distance. There are many clothes market near, like Tiancheng Clothes Market, Yazhen Market and Linqiang Clothes Market.
You can stay in Jinlong Hotel, 35-37 South Huancheng Rd, which is about 200 meters west to Paifang Street.
