About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Portuguese citizen flying from Lisbon to Shanghai via Amsterdam with return Tkt

Going to the Shanghai Heimtextil Trade Show.

Arriving August 22 returning August 27.

With paid Hotel Reservation.

Do I need a entry permit or can I use the 144 hr exemption?

LIS-AMS-SHA-AMS-LIS requires a visa, because AMS-SHA-AMS isn't a transit. You either need visa or you need to change your itinerary. For example, LIS-AMS-SHA-PAR-LIS would work.
