About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Ugandans are not allowed to work in China and cant access Z TYPE?

Hi, I am Ugandan and recently got a job offer in China. From what i heard is that Ugandans are not allowed to work in China and cant access Z type. How far is this true. Victoriah
