Interesting  that you mentioned land development because I have thought at length about real estste investing to create my wealth even though I have no funds to invest or any experience. I am an engineer who travels globally so I have a global mindset and when I think about opportunities I think about them from a global perspective. Where do you see this land development happening in the world?
