About:Chinese Consulate in Auckland

Im a NZ citizen looking at traveling to Zhuhai for 72 hours to sign business documents.

I am landing in Hong Kong and wish to travel to Zhuhai by Ferry and stay 2 nights and sign business documents do I need a Chinese visa issued in Auckland or can I get one issued in Hong Kong International airport for a short stay?

Mark, you can get a VOA at Gongbei Port, Hengqin Port or Jiuzhou Port in Zhuhai.

Thank you for your reply, very helpful,do I need to show the customs officer in the port any documents to get my VOA,apart from my passport?

You may need to show your tickets as well and prepare Chinese RMB for the VOA fee.
