You can take metro line 2 from the airport to TJ Station, and then transfer metro line 3 to Wujiayao, Exit D. Then you may walk about 50 meters to Observatory Road Decaili Bus Stop and take bus no.952 to Balitai Bus Stop. Afterwards, you may walk about 300 meters ahead to the university.
