Born on Nov. 03, 1980, having my own business and financially drain

I have financial issues since 2016 as i lost a lot of money on 1 project.until now i don't know how i can recover that amount and my situation is really worst, i could not even pay my own bills and all my cheques bounced.I am trying to get another project in order to stand up again but it seems all are very slow for me. Is there any possibility to make my condition better in the coming months and year? Can i become rich based on my birth date?
