how to go from shanghai to hangzhou train station?

We will be staying at the Regal East Asia hotel, close to the Stadium station and we need to get to the Hangzhou train station.  Should we go via line 4 to SH station and then what is the next step.  Also in line 4 should we take the outer ring or inner ring?  ThanksRita

You can take the metro line 4 from SH Stadium Station to Main Railway Station. Upon arrival, you may catch a high speed train to Hangzhou Railway Station. This train departs at 08:05, 09:38 and 17:54 every day.
