How to go from Shanghai to Hangzhou train station?

We will be staying at the Regal East Asia hotel, close to the Stadium station and we need to get to the Hangzhou train station. Should we go via line 4 to SH station and then what is the next step. Also in line 4 should we take the outer ring or inner ring? Thanks
