Juneyao airlines boarding pass

Hi everyone,

We are flying from Xi'an to Shanghai this month - we bought tickets through C-Trip and have been given the e-ticket numbers.

We have not been sent boarding passes though and I am worried we will arrive at the airport and be told we do not have tickets / we needed boarding passes?

I have emailed Juneyao multiple times but have had no reply. C-Trip have advised to simply turn up at the airport?
