Question

Hi everyone, We are flying from Xi'an to Shanghai this month - we bought tickets through C-Trip and have been given the e-ticket numbers. We have not been sent boarding passes though and I am worried we will arrive at the airport and be told we do not have tickets / we needed boarding passes?I have emailed Juneyao multiple times but have had no reply. C-Trip have advised to simply turn up at the airport?ThanksDan

Don’t worry, you can get the boarding passes when you arrive at the airport. Just find the check-in counter of your airline, show your passport and they will print it for you. Notice you should arrive in the airport at least 2 hours in advance.
