About:Lanzhou Railway Station

How do I organise my bicycle plus 4 bags to be sent from Lanzhou to Urumqi by Delivery Service?

I have booked a train by ordinary rail service. I would like to send my bicycle plus 4 bags to Urumqi. How do I organise this? Is there a particular office I need to go to at the Lanzhou Railway Station? Is it cheaper to do by Delivery Service or Consignment?

You need to go to the luggage office for the consignment. If there is space on your ride, the bike can be go with the same ride. Usually it would be better if you go to the station early for the arrangement, at least a few hours in advance. You can also try the delivery. China Railway Express (CRE) also have a office in the station. You can do it there as well. Usually the consignment by rail should be a little cheaper.
