temporary stay permit/hi - i am a philippine passport holder.

Question

I will be travelling form New Zealand to South Korea but I have a 10-hour layover at the Beijing Capital International Airport. I am interested to take a 4 to 7 day sightseeing tour. Will i need to apply for a temporary stay permit upon my arrival? or am I eligible to apply? If so, how can I be able to apply upon my arrival? Looking for ward to your response. Hi, if you travel like New Zealand-Beijing(10-hour layover)-South Korea, you qualify for 24 hr direct transit in Beijing, no need to apply for a visa for that.
