Birth date : 09th January 1974, 06:40 AM , Mumbai India

I am working very hard but not very successful in my career. Over the years hard work now I have lower back issue. I might have to go for surgery. Can you please tell me tell If I can recover from lower back issue without surgery? How I will do in career and financially in coming years. Should I change job?
