About:China Visa

Marriage license

Hi there, i want to get a spouse visa in china since my husband is working in china..
They said that i have to get our marriage license legalise by the chinese embassy to apply for spouse entry permit in china..

Do i need to go to the chinese embassy personally or can i do it online? And what are the Documents needed to get for legalization except for the marriage certificate?

Aisa, you cannot do it online, but you can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
You need to provide the the application form, your passport and copy of its data page, the original marriage certificate and the photocopy, as well as other required documents.
