About:Fuzhou Changle International Airport

are taxis available from airport to Fuzhou city at 11PM? What is the cost?

Yes, taxis are available at that time, and it may cost CNY180-200 to downtown area. Alternatively, you may take shuttle bus line 4 to the terminal station, then take a taxi to your destination. The bus shall take around an hour and the cost is CNY31.
