I note we have to reserve in advance for Shanghai Expo Route. Pls advise which service provider websites can i reserve? Thanks very much!

Yes, reservation is needed, especially during the peak season. You can do this at its official website, but it is only in Chinese version (if needed, google "hpjyl" ). You may also book by phon or email. Here is their contact: 400-821-8026, 86-021-3350 0870, hpjyl@163.com.
