How does train ticket delivery work?

If we would like tickets delivered to our hotel how does this work? Are the tickets delivered at a prearranged time to the front desk?

TravelChinaGuide deliver the paper ticket by express to your hotel. It arrives at the hotel about 2 days in advance and the front desk will keep it for you. You get it when you checkin. For one of my trip, the reception gave it to me even before I asking for it which is really good! But in some cases you still need to ask for it by yourself:-)
