2.5 days in Huangshan and villages

What do you think of the following schedule?

Sep 19th 15:40 arrival at the airport + taxi to Hongcun
20th visit the villages and the bamboo forest
21th 12:00 bus or shared taxi to Tangkou, leave the luggage somewhere and walk up
22th afternoon: cable car down + bus to Tunxi, leave the luggage somewhere for a walk and a dinner + 22:35 flight for Shanghai

I have two doubts:
1) is it easy to find a place for the luggage in Tangkou and Tunxi?
2) maybe the time on the mountain is too short (also considering how expensive it is); if so we could either start earlier from Hongcun or skip Tunxi
