I've been and am still waiting for my parcel

Hi, My Tracking # is RS668039638CN. This item left the seller's office in Hong Kong via China Post, on 6/9/2017 and the China Post tracking system shows that the item left Shanghai/Pudong port on 6/12/2017 (Heading to California, USA?). The tracking status says "2017-06-12 11:49 Shanghai Pudong, left" and did not change at all since then. Of course I have not received the package yet. It's 2 months since the package left seller's facility.
Your web page (this web) indicates maximum 2 months, regardless, and normally 30 days shipping time.
What's happening to my item? Please advise ASAP.

Hi, sometimes the online update of the international parvel could be late. You may wait for another week patiently. Then go to your local post office to check on it.
