In Huaihua, which buses to Fenghuang are quicker and more frequent -- those from the West or the South bus stations?

Actually, it takes nearly the same time, 1h. It departs with the same interval of 1 h, but the bus in West station is from 6:40 to 17:40, and from 9:00 to 19:00 in South Station.
