Is it safe to driver personal car from chongqing to jiuzhaigou in early august ?

I hear there is risk of robberies for single cars while driving to jiuzhaiguo . Kindly suggest . I plan to drive with family and children.

Don't worry, it is okay to drive to Jiuzhaigou by yourself.
