I have a 30 day single entry visa for China.

I am looking to visit Hong Kong, can I obtain a 24 direct transit to re-enter China flying from Hong Kong to Beijing in order to get a flight from Beijing to Frankfurt then to Dublin if that is all within 24 hours?
