I'm a Qatari do i need visa to China

Hello the embassy website is so confusing

can you advise whether I need a entry permit I already booked the ticket and my tour

I cannot tell you for sure unless you tell me your travel route and the city you will visit, as well as your layover time in mainland China.

You need to apply for a tourist L type for that. But if your total time in China is less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24-hour direct transit.
