Am born on 26 April 1992 .will be able to buy a new car and land before the end of this year?

I bought a new car last year December 2016 but lost it in later than four months and now ve for months experienced a very poor financial crisis will I be able to buy another one before the ends and land or even build?.Do I stand a chance to end the year rich?.Thnx
