I want to apply for student visa so can I apply throw Chinese embassy in Ethiopia , I live in somali

Some friends have told me that the Chinese embassy in Djibouti don't accept students so can I go to apply in the Chinese embassy in Ethiopia , I live in Somalia

Hi, you can try to submit the application to the Chinese embassy in Djibouti. The students' application can be accepted by them.
