About:Guangzhou to Hong Kong Train

Is there an elevator down to/up from train platforms in Guangzhou and Hong Kong?

I will have 2 children with me, and one of them uses a walker to walk. Stairs and escalators are difficult.

elevator is available at Guangzhou East and Hung Hom station, but I am not sure if this is always working. If not, you can ask the station staff for help.
