Are we getting back? I'm a male born on September 25, 1994.

You should figure out the problem between you two that made him leave in the end. Then you could go to him and communicate with him to deal with the problem together if he still want. But don't push so hard, don't force him. If he clearly says that he doesn't love you any more, then it's better to break up with him and move on with your new life.
