VOA (2 days) at Jiuzhou port, Zhuhai for Vietnamese holding Hong Kong visit visa (travel from HK)

I am a Vietnamese tourist, holding Hong Kong visit visa. Can I get a VOA (2 days) at Jiuzhou port, Zhuhai if I travel from Hong Kong?
