will I find happiness in my career and actually feel like I belong . And will I get back into shape an loose weight

Catering, healthcare, culture or politics is the best field for you. If your career is in these fields then you would be happy and realizing your amibtions.
It's not that easy to lose weight for you after many years. Be persistent and don't give up so easily!
