Sorry sir but I really don't know. My dad said maybe between 5:30pm to 7pm.

I remember my mom used to say me, that day was New full moon day. During Lamxi puja. Laxmi puja means goddest lamxi offering prayer day.

Ashwin - seventh months in th hindu almanice.

In this day worship of lakmi goddess is done spiritual emotion. She provide us the wealth and future too.
