hi i would like to know about my package when it's going leave from Beijing as its been there days

Your parcel had arrived at Valetta on Jul. 20. However, it was retained by border agency/security (customs) for unspecified reason. That is why it is not moving these days. I suggest you contact the customs as soon as possible to retrieve your package.

Thanks i tried to phone them but still no answer it keep saying the operators are all busy please hold the we will be with you shortly :( ive sended all the details about the parcel but still no answer and i want them cause these are school bags

Sorry, I guess you will have to wait patiently for another sevral days and you could still try to phone or mail the customs. If it doesn't work, you may go to the customs directly.
