About 24 hours free transit in China

I'm holding Philippine Passport. I'm in Hawaii right now. I'm going to the Philippines and I have a lay over of 15 hours in China. Would I be qualified to have a 24 hour free transit to visit the great wall?

Yes, you qualify for it in Beijing. But you may need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at the airport. Afterwards, you can leave the airport to visit the Great Wall.
