About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

i have work Z and married to a Chinese lady and now wants to change to family residence

i have a work Z type will expire on August 28 and thinking to change to family visa. what are the requirements and how long will take plz

You should prepare the relevant materials including your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from your wife and copy of her Chinese ID card, and your marriage certificate. It may take 15 working days for this process.
